     Love of self is certainly very important, especially to maintain our mental and physical health.Maybe some people will think that this self-love heard selfish, but in reality this self-love is how we can love and treat ourselves..In fact, there are some ways we can do to love ourselves.the first is to stop comparing ourself to others,stop comparing ourself to other people, because every human being is created differently from the uniqueness of each.Think of our body as something very valuable,don't treat our bodies just because they want to look good in the eyes of others, but better for ourselves. Eat foods that are said to be nutrition so that our bodies can always release positive and loving energy.Then,find a place that makes us happy,a place you can use to spend time with yourself. Without thinking about work, bills to pay, relationships with girlfriends who are not harmonious, and so on.And those are some ways to love yourself, it is very important that our souls stay healthy.
